Pathways to Wave Rock visits one of Australia’s best known natural icons, Wave Rock, and takes you on a journey of discovery through the changing landscapes and charming farming communities of the Western Australian Wheatbelt.
Day one: Perth - Wave Rock (340 kilometres/4 hours)
Head east from Perth, following Pathways to Wave Rock through picturesque farmland to Corrigin - famous for its Dog-in-a-Ute event and Dog Cemetery. Enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants before taking the short drive to explore Wave Rock and other natural attractions in the area, including Hippo's Yawn and the ancient Indigenous rock art at Mulka's Cave.

Day two: Hyden - Bruce Rock (200 kilometres/2.5 hours)
Take the road south to Kulin, known for its Bush Races and Tin Horse Highway - a series of brightly coloured tin horses which welcome visitors to town. Travel north to Kondinin and take in the panoramic views from Yeerakine Rock on the way to Bruce Rock. Visit the local museum and Australia's smallest bank at nearby Shackleton, or take in the spectacular views from Kokerbin Rock.

Day three: Bruce Rock - Perth (250 kilometres/3 hours)
Enjoy the leisurely drive to historic York in time for lunch at one of the colonial-style hotels. Take a town walk before making the journey back to Perth.
