The Anne Beadell Highway branches off from the Outback Way at Laverton in Western Australia and stretches 1350 kilometres across the Great Victorian Desert to Coober Pedy in South Australia. The Canning Stock Route (CSR) is one of the most isolated and challenging four wheel drive tracks in the world. The route covers a distance of 2000 kilometres, stretching from Wiluna to Halls Creek.
