Promotion details

• Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
• The promoters of this competition are Australia’s Golden Outback (the 'Promoters'). GOLD REGION TOURISM ORGANISATION INC. 117/418 Murray Street, Perth, WA 6000. ABN: 57 032 720 074.
• Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only, aged 18 years and over. By entering the competition, you certify that you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter, Tourism WA and participating businesses are ineligible to enter.
• The competition opens at 9am WST Monday 3rd March 2025 and closes at 9am WST Monday 31st March 2025.
• Any entry received after the closure of the competition will be deemed invalid.
• Any personal information collected on the entry form, will be used by Australia’s Golden Outback and participating businesses for marketing purposes. Entrants, have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information upon receiving any marketing communications.
• Australia’s Golden Outback and participating businesses will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, or their respective agents, employees or contractors.

Entry details

• To enter, users must complete the requested details through the official competition entry form on the Australia’s Golden Outback website.
• Entries are limited to one entry per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants’ identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

1. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

Draw dates

• One winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries each week on the following days during the competition period (3rd – 31st March 2025). Competition winners will be drawn at random by the Promoters on the following times and dates:
• Week 1 winners - will be drawn at 10am WST Monday 10th March 2025
• Week 2 winners will be drawn at 10am WTS Monday 17th March 2025
• Week 3 winners will be drawn at 10am WST Monday 24th March 2025
• Week 4 winners will be drawn at 10am WST Monday 31st March 2025
• To redeem the prize, the winner will be required to respond to this email and confirm their correct full name, email address and postal address within 48 hours of first correspondence or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen.

Prize details and conditions

• Prizes are subject to their own terms and conditions as detailed and supplied by the promoter or competition partner.
• Redemption of these prizes is the responsibility of winner failure to redeem the prize in the given time will result in the prize being forfeited.
• Week 1 Prizes w/c 3rd March - $250 fuel voucher, 12-month WA National Park Pass courtesy of the Department of Biodiversity Conservation Attractions, 2 x Night stay at Mount Augustus Tourist Park (Booking at the Mount Augustus Tourist Park must be use before 31st Dec 2025 Ref Code (6642))
• Week 2 Prizes w/c 10th March - $250 fuel voucher, 12-month WA National Park Pass courtesy of the Department of Biodiversity Conservation Attractions, 1 x Night Accommodation for 2 people staying in a Deluxe Plus Eco Tent. Including continental breakfast at Karijini Eco Retreat (Valid until 04/04/2026)
• Week 3 Prizes w/c 17th March - $250 fuel voucher, 12-month WA National Park Pass courtesy of the Department of Biodiversity Conservation Attractions, 2 x Junction Races Tickets courtesy of the Gascoyne Murchison visitor centre.
• Week 4 Prizes w/c 24th March - $250 fuel voucher, 12-month WA National Park Pass courtesy of the Department of Biodiversity Conservation Attractions, 2 x Night stay at Wooleen Station homestead for two, and 2 x tickets to Gascoyne Food Festival Biggest BBQ event at Mount Augustus courtesy of Gascoyne Junction visitor centre, 2 x tickets to the Murchison Camp Muster provided by the Murchison GeoRegion
• The $250 fuel voucher will be provided to the winner as a bank cash card.
• Other prizes will be emailed to the winner in form of a voucher or redemption code.
• Decisions of the promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
