Enjoy two easy walk trails through the Brooking Street Bushland Reserve.
The reserve is within walking distance from the main street and just around the corner from the 48-hour RV stop along the Avon River.
The small reserve is a she-oak woodland, a great bird-watching spot. It is also known as a favourite location for orchid hunters where a short walk during late winter to early spring will reward you with many sightings, as many as 12 orchid species are confirmed along the trails.
