Djilba Wildflower Festival

The Djilba Wildflower Festival is a well-loved community event celebrating the region's flora and Wudjari Nyungar cultural heritage.

This 5-day annual Festival features a display of over 700 species of local flora, art competitions and displays, artists in residence, guest speakers, cultural and environmental displays and workshops, bushfoods, tours with Traditional Custodians, light lunches, morning and afternoon tea and linked events around town.

This is the only wildflower festival in Australia led by the First Nations community. It is presented in collaboration with the Esperance Wildflower Society, St Andrews Anglican Parish and Esperance Community Arts.
