Built in 1896, the Old Gaol in Cue, Western Australia, is located at the local caravan park grounds.
Originally designed as a temporary holding facility for prisoners transiting from northern outback lockups, it operated until 1914 and saw intermittent use as a lockup into the 1930s.
Recently repointed and stored.
Accessibility
- Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
