St Mary Campground is located near the mouth of the inlet.
Camping fees apply. There is a track from the campground that provides direct access to the beach where southern right whales can be seen sheltering in the bay with their young calves during winter.
Campers are advised to bring enough drinking water for the duration of their stay.
