Australia’s Golden Outback is full of history and amazing stories, and some of those tales have led to paranormal experiences for many! We know some of you love the spookier side of our region, so we thought we’d share with you some of the most haunted and spooky places in the Golden Outback.

Here in Western Australia, we are blessed to have an incredibly unique landscape. From towering cliffs and white-sand beaches to waterfalls and red outback deserts. One of our famous natural wonders are our beautiful salt lakes, scattered throughout the state.

Seven enormous grain silos, 1,704 litres of paint, and 1000km ribboning through outback Western Australia have combined to form the country’s first, and largest silo trail, the PUBLIC Silo Trail.

The Goldfields is a vast sub-region of the Golden Outback, showcasing incredible mining history, heritage, and hidden secrets about times gone by.

With the gold price hitting new highs ($1,720 USD per ounce as at March 2021), and the recent popularity of the Discovery channel show Aussie Gold Hunters, a modern-day gold rush has seen a wave of hobbyist prospectors head to Australia’s Golden Outback.
